Shipping, Handling & Local Collection

All prices shown on the website exclude all shipping costs, these are included in the shopping cart along with V.A.T. We currently can’t accept orders outside of the United Kingdom mainland.

Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays).

The expected postal time for your order is 2-3 business days. This is an estimated lead time only and may vary slightly. As your order is being delivered by post there is no tracking available. Your invoice will be included with your delivery.

Back Orders
We endeavour to inform you of a back order situation as soon as possible. A back ordered item is one that our suppliers, are temporarily unable to supply. We normally receive such back ordered items within 2-3 working days

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.

When your order is placed at our on-line shop, your credit card details are handled by Paypal (www.paypal.co.uk) which is one of the largest Payment Service Provider in the world. Paypal has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). All transaction information passed between you and the Paypal Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Paypal servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Returns/Cancellations/Refunds
Returns - If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by telephone or by electronic mail. Please remember to quote ALL invoice numbers and date of receipt.

Cancellations - Please contact us by either email, fax or in writing, no more than seven working days from the day after you received the goods. Please remember to quote ALL invoice numbers and date of receipt.

Refunds - we do not issue credit notes as a refund alternative. Refunds are made using the same method as that of payment taken.
